YouthLink is a multi-service agency offering youth mental health support, family counselling and intensive support, housing, community outreach and intensive education programs for youth aged 12 to 24.   With a fascinating and long legacy of supporting at-risk young people, we currently operate out of five facilities across Scarborough.

The Program Facilitator is responsible for developing and sustaining strong working relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to increase awareness of and support for our Youth Transitional Housing and Shelter Program and Danforth Housing. The Student Development Worker reports to Senior Manager, Pathways to Education Program and is responsible for building relationships and facilitating communication with students, parents/guardians and secondary school teachers/administration with the objective of supporting students’ academic success. This position is responsible for providing intake, assessment, crisis intervention, and referral for students presenting with complex needs in high need schools.
