Daniella Somda brings a wealth of experience from the federal public service, where she has been at the forefront of driving equitable, inclusive, and accessible programs and policies across both federal and provincial governments.

A proven changemaker, she has spearheaded transformative initiatives to improve access to education, employment, justice systems, and health services for Francophone, Indigenous, Black, and other marginalized communities. Her work is rooted in creating opportunities and breaking down barriers to build a more inclusive society.

Currently, she leads departmental strategic efforts to address systemic challenges, enhance recruitment and retention of diverse talent, and foster an inclusive workplace culture. Her expertise also extends to overseeing complex funding agreements and managing federal grants and contributions with precision and impact.

Recognized for her collaborative spirit, she has built meaningful partnerships with governments, community organizations, and international forums, establishing herself as a dynamic leader with a passion for driving change.
