Kate is a lawyer who is responsible for the administration of trusts, estates, and private charitable foundations at a large Canadian financial institution. Kate consults with clients about their estate planning needs, including planning for disability, business succession, tax, and philanthropy. Kate’s has helped to lead several volunteer programs including initiatives focused on bystander training, prison literacy, and children’s literacy. Kate is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, and has published papers and presented to a wide variety of audiences on subjects related to estates, elder law, and charitable giving.
