Transitional Housing Program

Our Transitional Program is designed to empower youth aged 16-24 as they take the next steps toward independence. This program provides a supportive and inclusive environment where young people can develop essential life skills, pursue education or employment, and build a foundation for a successful future.

Participants receive personalized case management, access to mental health resources, and connections to community supports. With a focus on fostering resilience and self-reliance, the program equips youth with tools to navigate housing, finances, and personal well-being confidently.

Our Transitional Housing Program plays a vital role in supporting youth as they work toward stability and independence. Youth can remain in transitional housing for up to 2 years or until they turn 25, whichever comes first. However, with our housing-first focus, we aim to identify and secure the best housing options as quickly as possible, tailoring the timeline to meet each youth's unique needs.
