Youth are required to attend life skills workshops and will be assigned a case manager and housing worker during their stay.

General Information
Are you eligible for the Transitional Housing Program?

This program is available to all youth aged 16-24 and their pets. Self-referrals and referrals from all community organizations are accepted.


How can you access the program?

Download the application form and fax, mail or email the completed form to the attention of the intake worker who will contact you for an interview. Contact details are on the form.


How long will the program last?

Youth are able to remain in transitional housing for up to 2 years.
