Applications are now being submitted for YouthLink’s Transitional Housing Program.
Must be between 16 and 24 years old.
Pet Friendly
We have 3 couple rooms for youth without children.
Referrals can be made from the community, shelters, central intake, or self referral. Youth referred to this program will be expected to follow our programming expectations which will be reviewed with their case manager
Applications can be submitted either electronically through www.youthlink.ca, emailed to transitionalhousing@youthlink.ca or by fax at 416 751 8888.
Once your application is received, staff will contact you to arrange a talk and tour. During this time, staff will ask you a series of questions to find out how the program can best support you. Should you be accepted into the program, staff will contact you directly to arrange a time to move in over the next 3 to 4 weeks.
